Welcome to Accomodation Solutions Ltd ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and services, including airline crew accommodation bookings and tour operator bookings with hotel partners.

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms.


1. Scope of Service

We act as an accommodation booking facilitator between airlines, tour operators and hotel partners. We do not own or operate hotels or accommodation facilities.

All hotel bookings are subject to each hotel’s own policies regarding check-in, availability, charges, and cancellation.


2. Account Registration

Airlines, tour operators and authorised users must create an account to access bookings. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information

  • Maintain confidentiality of login details

  • Ensure only authorised staff make bookings

We reserve the right to suspend accounts if misuse, fraud, or unauthorised activity is detected.


3. Pricing & Payment

We operate on a preferred contract or commission-based model with hotels. Prices displayed or agreed are subject to negotiation with hotels and industry fluctuations.

Airlines may be invoiced directly or via contracted hotel partners depending on the agreement.


4. Booking Policy

Bookings are confirmed only when a written confirmation is issued through our platform or by email.

We specialise in last-minute and disrupted flight accommodation; however, availability is not guaranteed.


5. Cancellations & No-Show Policy

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the hotel partner's policy.

Hotels may apply:

  • Cancellation fees

  • No-show charges

  • Late modification fees

These charges are set by the hotel, not by us.


6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Hotel operational issues

  • Service quality

  • Additional charges applied by hotels

  • Losses caused by flight delays, operational decisions, or force majeure events

Our maximum liability, if proven, shall not exceed the value of the booking processed.


7. Data Privacy & GDPR

We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Personal data is collected only for booking, authentication, invoicing, and compliance purposes.

8. Termination

We may terminate or restrict access if:

  • Terms are breached

  • Misuse or fraudulent activity occurs

  • Incorrect or abusive use of the system is detected


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
